Order processing

We endeavour to pack and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping carrier

Australia Post is our primary carrier.

Domestic delivery times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but under normal circumstances, standard delivery times are generally 2-4 business days within the Perth metropolitan area, 8-11 business days within other metropolitan areas, and 11-14 business days to remote locations.

International (UK, USA and Japan) delivery times and tax

Delivery time estimate: 6-30 business days. Destination country customs may charge GST or other taxes which are not within our control.  

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Simply click on the link or enter your tracking number to track the progress of your parcel and get an estimated delivery date. Stay informed about the whereabouts of your order every step of the way.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are dependent on weight and location and will be determined at checkout.

Returns, refunds and exchanges for change of mind

Unfortunately, due to logistics and customs we are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for purchases outside Australia.  Please refer to the size guide provided to ensure the correct size is ordered.  Please note: all sizes are USA MENS.

Customers within Australia are responsible for the cost of return postage.  Please allow 28 days for refund/exchange provided the product and packaging is unused and in original condition.

Exchanges on Faulty Items

If your item arrives defective or faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
